Initial 2017 weigh-in

I need to get into better shape this year, so I'm noting my progress. My bathroom scale says the following:

My weight is: 201 pounds. 

I should be around 180-185. More regular exercise and a sensible diet should do the trick, as I've been a terrible pig the last few months. 

January 27 (Friday)  
189 pounds

I broke the 190 barrier this week. Nine more pounds and I'll be at my target weight.
